Elliotts have 5 different ranges of welding personal protective clothing to suit any level of welding whether that be Light, Medium or Heavy-Duty welding applications.

GOLDEN CHIEF®

All Golden Chief leather welding apparel has been made using carefully selected GOLDEN CHIEF® Leather. GOLDEN CHIEF® Pig Skin Leather is tanned to assure softness and durability while resisting heat, sparks, slag and cuts. Pigskin leather is a lighter weight compared to traditional cow split leather. Pigskin is known for its resilience, holding up well against exposure to moisture. Pigskin offers the greatest breathability due to the porous texture of this hide and becomes softer with use.

For heavy-duty welding protection, GOLDEN CHIEF® sets a high standard for style and protection.  The range of GOLDEN CHIEF® Welding apparel includes jackets, jackets with a bolero, sleeves, spats, and an apron.

BIG RED®

Big Red Welding Welder's JacketAll BIG RED® leather welding apparel has been made using the famous BIG RED® Leather. BIG RED® Leather is chrome tanned to assure softness and durability while resisting heat, sparks, slag and cuts. 

For heavy-duty welding protection, BIG RED® continues to set the standard of high quality, long-lasting products in the industry. The range of BIG RED® Welding apparel includes jackets and jackets with reflective tape both of which have safety harness access points, a hood, sleeves, spats, an apron and trousers (both full seat and seatless).

HIGH VIS

Proban Hi Vis Welding JacketFor lighter welding protection or where high temperatures and or humidity are workplace hazards, safe to wear Flame Resistant (FR) cotton garments are ideal.

Elliotts’ FR Cotton welding clothing excel in the crucial area of flame resistance, thermal protection, comfort and durability. Elliotts’ FR Cottom Welding apparel is manufacturing using Proban®, Wakatac® and FR Cotton.

The PROBAN® polymer has been included in the OEKO-TEX® list of approved chemicals.  Elliotts products have been tested and passes OEKO-TEX® standard 100 ‘Confidence in Textiles’ which certifies the skin friendliness of the end articles. 

OEKO-TEX® testing for harmful substances always focus on the actual use of the textile: “The more intensive the skin contact of a product, the stricter the human-ecological requirements to be met.

The range of Flame Retarded Cotton includes; jackets, jackets with leather sleeves, jackets with safety harness access point and jackets with reflective tape.

Blue Max Welding JacketElliotts Blue Max® Chrome Leather range offers a good balance of durability, abrasion, resistance, and pliability. This value for money leather offers a good comfort level and good overall performance.

Our Blue Max® Chrome Leather range is one of the most comprehensive ranges available for welders. The range of Blue Max®  includes; jackets, sleeves, hoods, bibs, caps, aprons, knee pads, spats and leggings.  This range also includes a jacket, and hood manufacturing using PROBAN®.

WAKATAC®

WAKATAC Welding Jacket with Safety HarnessWAKATAC® Welding Apparel is the leading brand of FR Cotton Welding Apparel. Utilising the unique WAKATAC® PROBAN and ergonomic designs, comfort and protection is guaranteed. The WAKATAC® range of Proban® Welding apparel is focused on providing lightweight, cool and comfortable protection for welders. This range is ideal for lighter welding applications and where hot and humid conditions can cause heat stress.
