CRSwNP, a term often used synonymously with nasal polyps, remains a disease with unmet needs because it remains uncontrolled in many patients despite standard-of-care treatment with nasal corticosteroids, systemic corticosteroids (SCS), nasal irrigation, antileukotrienes, antibiotics, aspirin desensitization, nasal antihistamines, and complex sinonasal surgeries.
